All our staff are fully qualified to work in a day service setting and have an enhanced D.B.S certificate.

My name is Anthony and I started High Strive when the day centre I worked at closed down and realised that there was a shortage of day services for people with learning disabilities in the local area. With 15 years experience working in the care sector, I am passionate, along with my dedicated and experienced team in making positive changes for the people that we support.

Hi, I am Justine. I have worked in care for 16 years. The experience I’ve had has given me lots of different skills which is needed within the care and support sector. High Strive is definitely a place where I want to become a devoted member of staff. High Strive promotes independence and inclusion where many great friendships have been built.
