Are you open all year round?
We close for bank holidays and shut down for the Christmas period.
How do I pay for your services?
You can either self-fund if financially affordable or pay with direct payments through a financial assessment from your social worker or the adult social care provider
Do you offer transport to and from the centre.
No we do not offer transport services but if transport is needed to attend then you may get financial support for travel. Make sure to add this when filling in a financial assessment for direct payments.
Do you cater for personal care?
We do not support with personal care or support with medication.
Are there extra charges for clubs?
No all inhouse clubs and activities provided by High Strive are included in the service charge. Day trips will be heavily subsidised or free.
Do you support wheelchair users?
Unfortunately, due to the lay out of the building and toilet facilities, we cannot support wheelchair users.
